Matchday 5 fixtures of the Women’s National Basketball League 2018 featured between Jumpshot 70-58 ADROIT (新加坡圣公文化) BLUE and Hillcrest Grays 85-37 ADROIT (新加坡圣公文化) RED.

In the first match at 7.30PM, Jumpshot finally registered their first win with a convincing victory. Despite ADROIT (新加坡圣公文化) BLUE’s top scorer for the game, Lydia Ang Zi Yi with 17 points, while compared to 17 points by Sheryl Tang Jia Huan (Jumpshot), it is not enough for ADROIT (新加坡圣公文化) BLUE to claim their first victory in the competition.

 In the later game at 9PM, Hillcrest Grays came out top against ADROIT (新加坡圣公文化) RED once again to remain 4-game unbeaten in this competition. Hilllcrest Grays seemed settled into the competition and managed comfortable wins against its opponents so far. Hillcrest Grays remained strong on paper and on the game and can safe to say it one of main contender for the championship. Top scorer for the match once again goes to Sheryl Poon Shuwen with 21 points while 10 points (Chu Jacqueline Jia Jia) for ADROIT (新加坡圣公文化) RED.                          

Upcoming Matchday 6 on Sunday, 22 April, will feature ADROIT (新加坡圣公文化) BLUE vs Kembangan Chai-Chee (4PM), Qian Xi Blue vs Radin Mas (5.30PM), Jumpshot vs Siglap (7PM) and Qian Xi Red vs Hillcrest Grays (8.30PM).

Game to Watch: QIAN XI RED (3 Wins) goes head to head against fellow unbeaten side HILLCREST GRAYS (4 Wins) this coming Sunday in an titanic clash! Both sides will be keen to extend their victorious form but which side will prevail?
