Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications & Information & Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth Ms Sim Ann visited the Men’s Training session at OCBC Arena, 8pm on 5 November 2019. BAS Welcome Party: Deputy President Mr Khor Phee Ban, Coaching & Development Chairman Mr Allen Lee, CEO of BAS Dr Toh Kian Lam, General Manager Mr Ng Guat Heng. Senior Men’s Team Manager Mr Mikell Koh, Head Coach Hsu, Assistant Coach Mr Koh Meng Koon and players are also present for the occasion leading to the coming SEA Games!
Maldives & Bangladesh Singapore Training Tour 2019

Thank you to both Maldives & Bangladesh National Teams on their respective training tours to Singapore! The tours took place from 11-19 October for Maldives and 17-23 October 2019 and the friendly games took place on 17 & 18 October against Maldives and 21 22 October against Bangladesh. All the best to the upcoming South Asian Games in December!

Registration for SG-Coach Level 1 Integrated Basketball Coaching Course (Nov 2019)

Registration for the SG-Coach Integrated Level 1 Basketball will be opened from 16 October (Wednesday) to 29 October (Tuesday) 2019! (Or when all 30 slots are filled) The course will provide each learning coach with a basic knowledge of basketball and the necessary coaching skills and is the first level of coaching qualification for individuals who wish to commit to coaching the sport. The course fee is $600 and will be held from 11 November (Monday) to 11 January 2020 (Saturday). The Values and Principles in Sports (VPS) module is a compulsory session and all participants must attend minimally 80% of sessions to be eligible for the written and practical assessments.
