2026 Haze Protocol and Advisory

To ensure the health and well-being of our staff, technical officials, athletes and spectator, BAS has implemented the following protocol for our events and facilities during haze episodes: Decision checkpoints for games: GATE 1 Night before 24-hr PSI above 200 Game cancelled (Notice issued standard via official channels) GATE 2 Pre-game monitoring 3 hours before tip-off (e.g. reading taken at 4.30pm for a 7.30 game) 3-hr PSI above 150 Game cancelled (Teams notified before travelling) GATE 3 Final call 1 hour before tip-off 1-hr PSI above 150 Game cancelled BAS reserves right to cancel and reschedule with immediate notice due to prevailing haze conditions, in the interest of participants’ health and safety. In addition, the facility may be closed when the PSI exceeds unsafe levels for activities in non-air conditioned environments. Court-bookings will be cancelled and the fees refunded for those affected by such closures. Decisions will be made based on prevailing air quality conditions and relevant health advisories.

Registration will commence at 12:30pm. Refreshments / lunch details will commence at 1:00pm. AGENDA: President’s Address To confirm and adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20 September 2025. To approve the Annual Report and the previous financial year’s Audited Financial Statements. To approve any resolutions tabled by Full Members under BAS Constitution Article 14.4 or by the Board. “Full Members who wish to table a resolution for the General Meeting’s approval must notify the Secretary General in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the date of the AGM.” To appoint an Auditor for the ensuing term. To approve or remove a Full Member, if applicable. Special Resolution is required. NYDP Second Batch (2026) Onboarding

BAS and Singapore Sports School are pleased to announced that the second batch of NYDP trainees will be onboarded on 7th September 2026. A BAS-NYDP Joint Parent Briefing will be conducted at 7pm at the Sport Singapore Auditorium (6 Stadium Walk, Singapore 397698).
