• NOVU Blaze 62 – 65 Tagawa
• Siglap (Black) 67 – 59 Kai Xuan
• SBA 80 – 64 SG Basketball
• Sin Kee (Red) 78 – 49 Tong Whye

The 2nd and 3rd placed teams from the First Group Stage played against each other: A vs B and C vs D, and formed Group E & F for the coming semi-finals spot on 26 June.

• Kai Xuan vs NOVU Blaze – 6.00pm
• Tagawa vs Siglap (Black) – 6.00pm
• Tong Whye vs SBA – 7.30pm
