Regular Season ends, 30 September

 

Adroit beat Tong Whye to qualify for the Semi-finals and finished second in the Regular Season’s Final Standings, having slipped up just once against first placed SAFSA. Meanwhile, Tong Whye finished seventh with 3 wins and 6 losses. Adroit’s Larry Liew is the game’s top scorer with 23 points followed by fellow National Team colleague Toh Qing Huang with 21 points.

 

Tagawa came out on top against Kai Xuan to secure Sixth Place in the Standings with total of 4 wins while Kai Xuan remained second from bottom with only 2 wins registered. Tagawa’s Ng Shi Yu is the game’s top scorer with 19 points while Kai Xuan’s National Team Centre Raj V Lavin is the top scorer for his team with 16 points.

 

SBPHK Hornets secured third placing, hence qualifed for the semi-finals come this Wednesday, having beaten SG Basketball who finishes 5th in the table, missed out semi-finals spot by a point. SG Basketball’s Ng Shi Yang is the game’s top scorer with 19 points but unable to win the game for his team, while National Team Forward Kelvin Lim is SBPHK Hornets’s top scorer with 15 points.

 

In the last game of Regular Season, SAFSA finishes their Regular Season unbeaten heading into the semi-finals, having beaten fellow semi-finalists Siglap. SAFSA’s National Team player Leon Kwek is the game’s top scorer with 20 points, with teammate Shiek Bachamian Shiek Ridwan next with 17 points.

 

Semi-finals on Wednesday, 3 October  


Semi-final matches will be held on Wednesday, 3 October, at Singapore Basketball Centre (SBC) with SAFSA facing Siglap in a ‘re-match’:

 

·         Semi-finals 1: SAFSA VS SIGLAP (7.30pm)

·         Semi-finals 2: ADROIT VS SBPHK HORNETS (9.00pm)
